Health Information Partners is searching for Remote ICD-10 CM and PCS Coders to work from their home offices.
POSITION DETAILS:
Health Information Partners (HIP), a national health information management services firm, seeks credentialed inpatient coders who are comfortable coding ICD-10-CM and PCS for a special 3-6 month coding project. This position is available immediately. We are looking for coders who can work part-time, with a minimum of a 20 hour per week commitment. This is a W-2 employee position.
Coders will work remotely and report to a dedicated project manager. Great pay! Paid by the hour and work days are flexible. Coders will be required to adhere to reasonable quality and production standards.
CANDIDATE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Have recent and extensive ICD-10-CM and PCS training (with preference given to AHIMA ICD-10-CM/PCS trainers).
Pass a short ICD-10- PCS exam.
Have a clean drug screen/criminal record.
Be a US Resident.
Have 20-40 hours of availability each week.
Have a home computer with Windows 7 operating system.
Current credentials: RHIT, RHIA or CCS
